Fitness Center
Drop by the fitness center and hit the weights and cardio. We have great equipment for you to hone your body into perfection. The cardio station overlooks Granbury Lake. Drop by the front desk and let them take your fingerprint for anytime access. We are located at 4320 DCBE Marina Court. Security is available if people are loitering around the fitness facility and if issues arise in the gym call Security (817) 326-4640
Northgate Park
The North Gate Park is located by the North Gate and includes a covered pavilion, golf driving range, soccer field, RV parking, pickleball courts and a basketball court.
Tennis
DCBE has two post-tensioned concrete tennis courts adjacent to the clubhouse front lawn and enjoys southerly breezes off the lake in the summer. Tennis is played year round on the well maintained beautiful blue and green surfaced courts with updated lighting, windscreens, pole pads and perimeter landscaping. Tennis is a popular sport in this area and Granbury has multiple USTA teams at many levels competing in the Fort Worth area. Courts are available by reservation with a self-serve web site. A high quality ball machine is available for resident use.

Pool
The pool season will begin the second Tuesday of each May and will end on October 1 of the same year. The daily hours of operation will be posted in the monthly news bulletin, on Foretees and in the pool area, hours are subject based on event schedules.
The pool hours are as follows:
Mondays – Closed
Tuesday through Sunday – 9:00 am to 10:00 pm with the following structured activities:
– 9:00 am -10 am: Swim Lessons
– 10:00 am -11:00 am: Adult Aquatics
– 11:00 am – 11:30 am : Adult Lap Swim
– 11:30 am – 8:00 pm : Adult Swim, 18 and older
*Adult Swim subject to monthly pool parties through summer operations
Security
DeCordova is a gated community with access to members, their guests and realtors. Our security officers control access to our 26 miles of roadway and patrol our 855 acres. In addition, they perform other functions such as conducting well-being checks, assisting members, doing vacation checks and investigating crime, which if criminal is referred to the Hood County Sheriff’s Office. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you ever feel unsafe or believe a situation is escalating out of hand.
